Line Setup
At Global Logic, we believe that the key to excellent production is having a well-run and optimized assembly line. Therefore, prior to moving to high-volume production, we work vigorously to identify, analyze, and improve potential flaws (such as assembly bottlenecks) in the assembly line. This results in assembly optimization, and production throughput quality improvement, leading to better assembly costs, and ultimately drives better unit costs.
