Sarah Tu

Head of Operations Asia

Sarah joined Alpha Logic shortly after graduating with her bachelor’s degree in ESP and Business English from the Central South University of China, Changsha City, Hunan Province. Sarah has been serving in various positions within Alpha Logic for over 15 years. In her role, Sarah serves as the General Manager of Alpha Logic Asia Pacific, managing the company's key operational and administrative activities in both China and Malaysia, ensuring that the business functions are well-coordinated and aligned with the company's strategic goals, and overseeing that all activities are according to the client's requirements and the company's commitment. In 2024 Sarah joined Global Logic as the Head of Operations Asia, assuming responsibility for managing all operations, production planning and control, inventory, and supply chain aspects.

Daniela C. Fischer

Chief Financial Officer

Daniela has extensive experience of over 20 years in tax structuring, procedures, and compliance as well as management of accounting and HR administration. She has a track record of smartly and successfully advising corporations and individuals in the field of Swiss and international taxation. Daniela holds a Master in Economics and Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Zurich and is a certified Swiss tax expert. Daniela joined Global Logic in 2024 as the Chief Financial Officer, assuming responsibility for all financial HR-related aspects.

Michal Koffman

Chief Operation Officer

With over 25 years of serving in senior managerial positions in technology and consumer electronics manufacturing companies, Michal brings into Global Logic a wealth of experience in a variety of areas, from industrial engineering, to project management, business analytics and manufacturing, all the way to strategic partnership, sales, customer relations, financial and business management. Michal has been leading large-scale global multi-function groups and companies in the electronics manufacturing domain. In parallel to serving as Global Logic's COO, she serves as the General Manager of I.O. Logic Systems.
Michal holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, from the Technion, Institute of Technology, a MBA from Reccanti School of Business Administration and has graduated the 'Director and Senior Executive' program' of Lahav Executive Education Institute in Tel-Aviv University

Romain David

Head of Business Development

With 20 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, Romain brings into Global Logic leadership team a wealth of expertise in navigating complex industry landscapes. Holding a Master degree in Engineering from Engineer School of Montbéliard and in Industrial Strategic Marketing, from International Technological Business School of Belfort , Romain combines technical proficiency with a strategic business mindset. His approach focuses on driving sustainable business expansion through cross-functional collaboration, positioning organizations for long-term growth and competitive advantage. Romain is adept at identifying new business opportunities, and building strong, collaborative partnerships, and leverages this proficiency in his role as Head of Business Development.

Tiger Lee

Head of Engineering & Technology Asia

Tiger brings to Global Logic’s leadership over 20 years of strong experience in all phases of electronic product design and manufacturing, from design to mass production, including prototyping, production tooling and fixtures, assembly lines management, testers, quality assurance, and continuous improvement processes.
In 2004 Tiger joined PSA group and served in various positions within PSA Engineering, until his recent position as Senior Electronics Engineer. Tiger holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Operations from the Dongguan Institute of Technology.
In 2016, Tiger joined Alpha Logic as its Chief Engineer, and in 2024 he joined Global Logic as the Head of Engineering and Technology in Asia, assuming responsibility for all product design, development and NPI-related aspects.

Rafael Shomron

Co-Founder

With nearly three decades of experience in engineering, product development, and leadership, Rafael Shomron is a seasoned entrepreneur and innovator. As the CEO of Shyrtech for over 19 years, he has driven technological excellence and operational growth. Previously, Rafael served as COO for multiple ventures, where he led the transition from development to manufacturing. His engineering expertise stems from his tenure as Director of Engineering at M-Systems (sandisk), where he contributed to groundbreaking advancements. Rafael combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise to create impactful solutions.

Shay Eliyahu

Co-Founder

Shay Eliyahu is a visionary technologist and entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and design. A, Shay specializes in integrating mechanical, and industrial design expertise into seamless mass production processes, enabling clients to scale efficiently. Previously, he served as Industrial Design and Manufacturing Manager at M-Systems, contributing to innovative product development.

Shay co-founded Broadserve and began his career as a GUI designer at ICQ, shaping intuitive user experiences. Shay’s deep technical knowledge and creative approach make him a driving force in delivering product solutions.
